Information you choose to share
Our enquiry forms collect your name, email address, message and any optional contact details you provide. Volunteer and donation enquiries also include the relevant interests or contribution details.
How we use it
We use enquiry details to respond to you and manage related correspondence. Submitting an enquiry does not subscribe you to marketing emails.
Newsletter consent
Newsletter subscriptions require a separate opt-in and email confirmation. You can unsubscribe using the personal link in your confirmation email. Newsletter messages include an option to unsubscribe.
Service providers
Cloudflare hosts the website and stores form records in D1. Cloudflare Turnstile helps prevent automated abuse. Resend processes confirmation emails and admin notifications. Admin notifications contain the information submitted in the enquiry.
Security and retention
Access to stored enquiries is restricted to authorised account administrators. Rate limiting uses keyed fingerprints rather than storing raw visitor IP addresses in our application database. Information is retained only while needed for its stated purpose and applicable obligations; deletion requests can be sent to our contact email.
